Shipping & Return Policy

We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. For personalized products, we have a processing time of 3 business days after receipt of payment. For non-personalized products, we have a processing time of 1 business day after receipt of payment. If you want to place an urgent order, click here.

We ship via our fixed delivery service PostNL, which delivers within 1 to 3 business days depending on your location. 

We take care to package your order carefully to prevent damage during transport. If your order is damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it and send us photos of the damage. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

At TapToConnect, we ship our products worldwide. Delivery times for international orders depend on your location and the local postal service. Please note that shipping times may be longer than for domestic orders.

Below you will find estimated additional delivery times for international orders:

  • Germany, Luxembourg: +2 to 3 business days
  • Other EU countries, Norway, Switzerland: +3 to 4 business days
  • Other European countries: +7 to 9 business days
  • North and Central America, Caribbean: +5 to 12 business days
  • Asia, Australia, New Zealand: +9 to 12 business days
  • Other countries: +8 to 10 business days

At TapToConnect, shipping costs are always free. That means you don’t have to pay extra for shipping your order. We believe that ordering our products should be simple and affordable, regardless of where you live or how large your order is.

At TapToConnect, we also offer the option to place a rush order if you need your products faster than our standard processing time. For rush orders, we have a processing time of 1 business day after receipt of payment. To place a rush order, please contact our customer service. We will let you know if a rush order is possible for your specific product(s) and inform you of the additional costs and expected delivery time.

At TapToConnect, we strive to provide high-quality products and services to our customers. We offer two types of products: personalised and non-personalised.

Non-Personalised Products:

If you’re not completely satisfied with your non-personalised product, you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. Please note that the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Personalised Products:

Due to the custom nature of our personalised products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges on these items. Once your order is submitted, we begin the process of creating your personalised item, and we cannot re-sell it to another customer. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on personalised products.

If there is a problem with your personalised product, such as a defect or error in personalisation, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will work with you to find a solution.
