Shipping and Return Policy

We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. For personalized products, we have a processing time of 4 business days after receipt of payment. For non-personalized products, we have a processing time of 1 business day after receipt of payment. 

We ship via our regular delivery service PostNL, which delivers within 1 to 3 business days depending on your location.

We take care to package your order carefully to prevent damage during transport. If your order is damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it and send us photos of the damage.

At TapToConnect, standard shipping is always free. That means you don’t have to pay extra for shipping your order. We believe that ordering our products should be simple and affordable, regardless of where you live or how large your order is. Express shipping is also available at an additional cost.

At TapToConnect, we strive to provide high-quality products and services to our customers. We offer two types of products: personalised and non-personalised.

Non-Personalised Products:

If you’re not completely satisfied with your non-personalised product, you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. Please note that the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Personalised Products:

Due to the custom nature of our personalised products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges on these items. Once your order is submitted, we begin the process of creating your personalised item, and we cannot re-sell it to another customer. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on personalised products.

If there is a problem with your personalised product, such as a defect or error in personalisation, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will work with you to find a solution.
